This role is crucial for managing internal and external communications, maintaining meticulous records, scheduling, and supporting the day-to-day needs of the team and management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in office technology, and dedicated to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.What you’ll be doing:

Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter large volumes of alphanumeric data from source documents (paper or digital) into designated systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
Data Verification and Quality Control: Review and verify entered data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies, and correct them as necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Confidentiality and Security: Adhere to company's data security and confidentiality policies, especially when handling sensitive information like personal details or financial records.
Collaboration and Reporting: Generate basic reports or summaries as required by supervisors and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
Proven ability to type accurately at a high rate (e.g., 50 WPM+).
Experience with office management systems (e.g., ERP, CRM software) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
