JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 CebuAbout the RoleAs a Sales Admin Assistant, you'll support the Sales team by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating property listings and marketing activities, and ensuring all sales processes run smoothly from appraisal to post-sale. You'll maintain organized records, provide timely reports, and act as a reliable support in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Handle administrative duties for Sales Support Team.
  • Familiarize and adhere to the company's policies, updates and procedures.
  • Attend sales-related requests including but not limited to:
  • Property appraisals
  • Listings
  • Marketing coordination
  • Post-sale processes
  • Provide Sales Support Team with all the data reports as and when needed.
  • Maintain an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals.
  • Performing any ad hoc projects as assigned by management with efficiency and professionalism.
About YouRequirements
  • Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles (preferably within real estate or a similar fast-paced environment).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and property listing systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
