- Handle administrative duties for Sales Support Team.
- Familiarize and adhere to the company's policies, updates and procedures.
- Attend sales-related requests including but not limited to:
- Property appraisals
- Listings
- Marketing coordination
- Post-sale processes
- Provide Sales Support Team with all the data reports as and when needed.
- Maintain an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals.
- Performing any ad hoc projects as assigned by management with efficiency and professionalism.
- Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles (preferably within real estate or a similar fast-paced environment).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and property listing systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
