Job Description Repairs Coordinator (North & South Luzon) - Middle Mile Operations Job Summary The Repairs Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all corrective maintenance activities related to third-party trucks within Middle Mile Operations. This role ensures the prompt and effective resolution of mechanical issues to reduce downtime and maintain delivery efficiency across routes. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all repair activities for third-party trucks in the assigned area. Receive and assess reports on vehicle breakdowns or issues from the Operations team. Prioritize and dispatch repair work in coordination with accredited service providers or in-house technicians. Monitor the quality and turnaround time of all repair jobs, ensuring alignment with operational needs. Maintain accurate and updated records of repairs, including nature of damage, solutions implemented, and cost (if applicable). Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions to the Area Mechanic Lead. Prepares and justify budget, and ensure that month on month expenses are within the submitted and approved budget Ensure safety and compliance protocols are observed during all repair activities. Submit regular repair updates, incident logs, and vendor performance summaries. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology is an advantage. At least 2-3 years of experience in team management that is responsible for truck or heavy vehicle repairs, preferably in a logistics or transport operations setting. Strong understanding of truck systems and repair diagnostics. Good communication and coordination skills, especially in working with third-party vendors. Show more Show less
