Job Summary We are looking for an entry-level Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our team in sourcing and engaging technical talent. This evening role is ideal for someone with a background or strong interest in STEM who wants to break into technical recruiting. You'll be instrumental in identifying candidates for roles such as QC analysts, biomedical engineers, software developers, and R&D scientists. Key Responsibilities Source technical and scientific candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and internal databases Review resumes with a focus on technical qualifications and relevant experience Write and send compelling outreach messages to engage candidates Assist in screening candidates for hard skills (e.g., software proficiency, lab experience, certifications) Maintain candidate pipelines and update status reports in the ATS Support recruiters with job descriptions, interview coordination, and scheduling Qualifications Academic background or strong interest in life sciences, biotechnology, computer science, or engineering Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong research skills and ability to understand technical job descriptions Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean search, or ATS tools is a plus Organized, resourceful, and able to work independently Bachelor's degree (or in-progress) in a STEM field preferred Bonus Skills (Not required, but nice to have) Experience with job boards or recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn) Understanding of roles such as Quality Control Analyst, Lab Technician, Software Engineer, etc. Familiarity with scientific terminology or programming languages What We Offer Remote, flexible work Exposure to high-impact roles across biotech and tech sectors On-the-job training in technical recruiting Opportunity for advancement to full-time or recruiter-level roles Show more Show less
