Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR- Employee Relations Officer to join our team! This role focuses on Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Labor Compliance , and Policy Implementation . You'll play a key part in cultivating a positive workplace culture, ensuring labor law compliance, and helping to implement strategic HR initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities: Employee Discipline Management Facilitate grievance procedures and ensure issues are addressed promptly and impartially. Address and resolve employee conflicts effectively and in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of grievances, conflicts, and resolutions. Assist in disciplinary processes-from investigation to resolution-ensuring fairness and legal compliance. Prepare and track documents such as Notices to Explain, Incident Reports, and Notices of Decision. Provide guidance to employees and managers on employee relations issues. Facilitate SEnA processes with DOLE and participate in conciliation-mediation sessions. Employee Engagement Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement programs. Administer surveys and focus groups; analyze feedback using engagement metrics. Recommend and present action plans to management based on findings. Labor Law Compliance Stay updated on labor laws and ensure full compliance across the organization. Coordinate with superiors and legal counsel on complex employee relations matters. Monitor and document labor cases systematically. Support OSH program implementation with the HSE Committee. Participate in workplace safety inspections and corrective actions. Ensure OSH compliance for deployed employees in various sites. Policy Development and Implementation Assist in developing and reviewing policies to align with labor laws. Ensure consistent application and communication of policies. Conduct regular training on company policies and employment law. Documentation and Reporting Maintain and audit 201 files, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance. Monitor discipline records and prepare reports for senior management. Conduct regular 201 audits for accuracy and completeness. Exit Process Management Manage voluntary and involuntary separations. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for organizational improvement. Process final paperwork including final pay, quitclaims, and certificates. Ensure return of company assets and system access deactivation. Other Tasks Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by superiors. ???? Qualifications 1 to 3 years of solid HR experience, specifically in Employee Relations Strong documentation, investigation, and organizational skills Basic knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and employment law processes Experience in policy development, implementation, and training Proficient in HR systems and tools (HRIS), and Microsoft Office Confident in doing presentations when needed Collaborative, optimistic, and able to work well in a team Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and mediation skills Ethical judgment, integrity, and professionalism Effective time management and attention to detail Leadership, influence, and adaptability Innovative and creative in driving employee engagement initiatives Process-driven and analytical thinker ????
