Full-time Job Description Conduct testing for editorial and technical projects across various assigned websites by executing test cases. Assess quality assurance (QA) efforts and work with the team to create effective testing strategies. Assist in prioritizing projects and managing testing activities. Adhere to established QA processes specific to the market or brand. Provide updates on assigned projects and tasks to the QA Lead. Offer hands-on testing support during the QA phase and validate production outputs. Identify and suggest opportunities for implementing automation to enhance testing efficiency. Share insights or alternative perspectives regarding incompatible formats or unrealistic timelines. Collaborate with and assist other teams and projects as needed. Attend regular meetings with the project team to discuss progress and address any issues. Commit to continuous improvement in processes and practices. What Will Make You Successful To This Role... Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level. Knowledge of one or two additional foreign languages is an advantage. Familiarity with Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred. At least 1 year of experience in a QA management role or a similar position. Strong data analysis and statistical skills. Practical experience with Content Management Systems (preferably Drupal versions 7 and 8) and content optimization techniques. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java. Proficient in using ticketing and workflow management tools. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
