- Review client reports following software migrations to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies or errors
- Assess findings and clearly communicate issues, errors, or anomalies to the CAS Leader for review and resolution planning
- Maintain and manage IssueTrak tickets, including documenting issues, tracking progress, and confirming resolution
- Handle routine system administration tasks, including providing internal and external users to QBO
- Support troubleshooting and remediation when multiple companies have been entered into a single QBO instance, including assisting with separation and proper configuration
- Document findings, resolutions, and process improvements to support consistency and operational efficiency across engagements
- Continuously improve product knowledge and develop expertise in accounting software solutions
- Work is conducted in a professional office environment with minimal distractions
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
- Proficient with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certificate
- Software: Other accounting software exposure (Fishbowl, Sage Intacct, Plex, etc.)
