Job OverviewThis job involves overseeing and managing financial and accounting activities for clients, including reviewing financial reports, tax returns, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. It also requires effective communication with clients, meeting deadlines, and supervising Accounting Associates/Jr. Associate to maintain high standards of service and compliance.Job Responsibilities

Review of the clients’ financial reports generated from the accounting system including detailed review and analysis of journal entries prepared by the Accounting Associate adjustments, and month-end/year end closing entries.
Perform complex accounting analyses and reconciliations, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
Review of clients' monthly/quarterly/annual BIR tax returns.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring that the deadlines set internally and with the client are met.
Ensuring that tax returns and other compliance requirements are submitted to the government agencies on time.
Day-to-day liaising with the client for requirements in relation to the maintenance of the books of account and tax compliance.
Collaborate with team members across different geographies to deliver high-quality accounting services to our clients.
Stay current with industry trends, developments in accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Mentor junior staff. Contributing to their professional development and ensuring the team maintains high-quality standards.
Assist with the implementation of new accounting systems and processes, optimizing efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

Certified Public Accountant
With at least three (3) years of experience in similar industry;

(Outsource accounting and tax compliance services or Internal finance/accounting. The candidate should have handled both accounting and tax compliance processes).

At least one (1) year of supervisory experience and/or proven leadership skills.
Proficient in any accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
Knowledgeable in EFPS, BIR and PEZA compliance
Good English written and verbal communication skills.
Good client relationship skills.
With long-term career goals. Preferably no pending international application
Preferably residing within Metro Manila.
