Interview, Hire, and Train new tea mbers
Act as the first line of support for inbound leads (emails, social messages, web forms).
Provide professional, friendly, and timely responses to potential clients.
Ensure leads are routed correctly to the right location or consultant.
Track follow-ups and escalate when leads are not contacted within SLA.
Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets trackers for lead status, source, and conversion.
Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for management on lead activity and performance.
Perform data clean-up and ensure accuracy across spreadsheets and CRM.
Assist customer service with scheduling, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
Suggest process improvements to make lead handling more efficient.SKILL REQUIREMENT
