Architect

• Design & Planning Develop conceptual designs, architectural plans, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. Stay updated with the latest design trends and innovations.
• Project Management Assist in budget estimation, project specifications, and scheduling to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure feasibility and compliance with building codes, fire regulations, and construction standards. Conduct site visits and assess existing conditions.
• Documentation & Presentation Prepare design proposals, presentations, and permit submissions while maintaining accurate project records, including Building and Occupancy Permit documents and As-Built plans.
• Quality Control Review contractor work for adherence to project specifications and contract documents. Prepare final record drawings upon project completion.
