Functional Lead - SCommerce (Bustos, Bulacan)

• Oversee inventory processes and ensure KPI targets (e.g., inventory accuracy) are met.
• Ensure the department is staffed with skilled and well-developed talent.
• Set and implement SOPs to improve productivity and optimize warehouse storage and picking areas.
• Control inventory levels through physical counts and system reconciliation.
• Manage replenishment, rack transfers, and aging inventory.
• Flag non-conformance issues, shortages, and overages to relevant teams.
• Provide performance reports to the Warehouse Lead.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
• 5 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations, or related field
• Excellent leadership skill with strong analytical expertise to properly assess data and draw conclusions from it
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Strong problem solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to be assigned in Bustos, Bulacan
