- Extensive experience in medical devices or healthcare, with strong exposure to hemodialysis or renal care
- Strong commercial acumen combined with understanding of clinical environments
- Deep knowledge of healthcare systems, reimbursement, and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic partnerships
