Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational medical devices company. Our respected client is seeking for a Regional Sales Manager who will be leading and managing the sales operations within Metro Manila. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. The role will be reporting to the Country Manager with office is in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines with hybrid work arrangement.Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies
  • Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and sales pipelines
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Development or any related field
  • Extensive experience in medical devices or healthcare, with strong exposure to hemodialysis or renal care
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with understanding of clinical environments
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare systems, reimbursement, and regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic partnerships
  • Leadership style that promotes accountability, collaboration, and patient-centricity
