Responsibilities: Procurement of Services Pool potential consultants, vendors, service providers, and contractors; and manage their accreditation to make them eligible for contracting anytime; Undertake periodic search and update the resource pool in accordance with the procurement best practices and policy compliance of the Company, and develop a shortlist of eligible candidates, service providers, and contractors; Prepare the draft agreements and contracts and recommend the same to the business units for approval; Submit and recommend the list of eligible candidates and contractors; Lead the negotiations and recommend the final contract for approval by the business unit and management; Contract Management Monitor the work progress of contractors and service providers via milestones, deadlines, and payments; Report delays in service delivery and withhold payments when necessary; Recommend amendments to existing and new contracts; Communicate regularly with consultants, service providers, and vendors Prepare and submit regular reports summarizing contract status, obligations, and payments; Recordkeeping of documents, communications, and correspondence in all stages of the contracting cycle Fresh grads are welcome to apply Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent; Exceptional negotiations and problem-solving skills; Fluency in written and oral English; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Computer competency Show more Show less
