Primary Tasks: 1. Assess qualifications of applicants vis--vis qualification standard of position 2. Conduct background information/character check to applicants 3. Facilitate preparation of longlist/shortlist 4. Retrieve CVs of applicants in active files, portal, walk-in, email, referral 5. Prepare MOA 6. Prepare/Draft regret letter to applicants who 'Did not Show up' during scheduled exam and interview 7. Schedule for interview and exam Applicants should be guided by the following Criteria for Evaluation: CRITERIA EQUIVALENT RATING Education (E) 25% Training (T) 10% Experience (E) 25% Written Examination: . Initial Qualifying Test .
