Job Description: . As a Product Analyst within our product management team, you will be crucial in driving data-informed decision-making. . Be responsible for analyzing key product and business performance metrics, conducting user research to assess the impact of proposed features, and gathering data to validate their importance. . Generate valuable insights from user research and competitive analysis to assist PMs in initiating new feature requests or improvements aligned with business objectives. . Partner with the Machine Learning Engineer to analyze data patterns and facilitate model development. Requirements: . 1 years of work experience in business analysis, research, and analysis-related projects. . Strong problem-solving skills, including problem definition, structured thinking, hypothesis generation, and quantitative/qualitative analysis. . Proficiency in creating analysis-driven presentations with compelling storylines. . Proficiency in MySQL. . Basic proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau). . Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to present data and analysis results clearly. . Proactive attitude with strong team collaboration skills.
