- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency for all processes undertaken within the team.
- Actively review Desk Instructions/Procedures to assist daily duties making sure they are up to-date at all times.
- Practical approach to problem solving. Demonstrate an understanding of FIM requirements, local business procedures and Audit recommendations.
- Carry out primary level of investigation for any errors, complaints, or ops losses.
- Conduct user acceptance test before launch of new products/systems or strategic initiatives.
- Contribute proactively to the improvement of operational efficiency and quality of work within the team.
- Production of Tax documents for final clients (Generic, Specific, Adhoc documents).
- Ensure that Tax Documents are conform with the rules applicable by Swiss tax Authorities/Foreign Tax authorities (When applicable).
- University graduate/degree holder.
- Knowledge of use of Microsoft Excel.
- Good numerical abilities. Good attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Exhibits commitment and resilience.
- Knowledge of VBA is an advantage.
- Risk Advocate.
- Change and Innovation experience.
