  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency for all processes undertaken within the team.
  • Actively review Desk Instructions/Procedures to assist daily duties making sure they are up to-date at all times.
  • Practical approach to problem solving. Demonstrate an understanding of FIM requirements, local business procedures and Audit recommendations.
  • Carry out primary level of investigation for any errors, complaints, or ops losses.
  • Conduct user acceptance test before launch of new products/systems or strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute proactively to the improvement of operational efficiency and quality of work within the team.
  • Production of Tax documents for final clients (Generic, Specific, Adhoc documents).
  • Ensure that Tax Documents are conform with the rules applicable by Swiss tax Authorities/Foreign Tax authorities (When applicable).
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • University graduate/degree holder.
  • Knowledge of use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good numerical abilities. Good attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Exhibits commitment and resilience.
  • Knowledge of VBA is an advantage.
  • Risk Advocate.
  • Change and Innovation experience.
