We are seeking a founding team of co-learners who believe that an educator's journey of discovery is just as vital as the child's. We believe in the power of team-teaching. We are seeking pedagogical partners ready to research, document, and wonder alongside children. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology (or a related field) A deep curiosity to learn the Reggio Emilia approach and Australian EYLF A passion for documentation and collaborative team teaching Experience is a plus, but a growth mindset is a must Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
