- Define and drive the creative vision for client campaigns
- Inspire, mentor, and guide creative teams to produce innovative, high-quality work that elevates the client’s brand.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new ideas and practices to keep the agency at the forefront of creative excellence.
- Partner with clients and account leads to understand client goals, target audiences, and competitive landscapes to develop informed and effective creative strategies.
- Lead pitches, presentations, and creative sessions with clients, showcasing the agency’s creative potential and securing new business opportunities.
- Act as a lead creative liaison for clients, fostering trust, managing feedback, and ensuring alignment on project vision and objectives.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing, collaborative creative team, including designers, copywriters, art directors, and digital content creators.
- Drive team performance through regular feedback, performance reviews, and professional development opportunities
- Foster a culture of creativity, inclusion, and professional growth within the creative department.
- Collaborate with account managers and production teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Ensure that all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, client expectations, and regulatory standards where applicable.
- Champion integrated thinking across all creative executions to maximize impact across digital, social, mobile, and other platforms.
- Other related duties as required or assigned
- Bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic design, communication, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within a creative or digital marketing agency, with a strong portfolio of successful, innovative campaigns.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor creative teams, with a deep understanding of digital and social media landscapes.
- Expertise in design software, digital tools, and platforms, with a solid understanding of brand storytelling, consumer behavior, and marketing trends.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and articulate creative ideas effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a deep commitment to creativity, quality, and operational excellence.
