In these roles you will be responsible for: Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc. Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers. Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed. Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends. Requirements for this role include: Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM Eastern Standard Time. Undergraduate degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies using English language as a medium of communication. - 1+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider (hospital/doctor's office) The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
