Primary Responsibilities of Your Role Manage all accounting operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Financial reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and provide financial forecasts. Tax compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings across multiple states. Audit preparation: Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits. Reconciliation: Perform bank and account reconciliations. Financial analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights to management. Software proficiency: Utilize accounting software and tools for efficient financial management. Procurement: Sourcing and supplier management: Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms. Purchase order management: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels. Vendor relations: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality standards and timely delivery. Cost control: Track and manage procurement costs to stay within budget. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and transactions. Qualifications Must have very good English and no hint of an accent Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: Several years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role. Experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a managed service provider environment. Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, AutoTask), strong negotiation skills, proficiency in procurement software (e.g., Microsoft purchasing and hardware).
