The Financial Controller will oversee all financial aspects of the food group's operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry's financial dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall financial operations of the food group, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Monitor and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately. Lead the preparation of the annual budget and long-term financial planning. Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial statements and management reports. Conduct cost analysis to support pricing decisions and improve profitability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements in financial performance. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal policies. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Supervise the finance and accounting team, fostering development and accountability. Provide strategic financial input and support to senior management and business units. Oversee inventory and cost control processes in manufacturing and distribution. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred). At least 5-8 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the food or FMCG sector. Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
