Handles outbound shipment requests, track progress, ensures the completion of deliveries, provides support to the Supply Chain Management and Requesting Unit. Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of transportation associated with product distribution and Third-Party Logistics.1. Assist the Warehouse and Logistics Senior Officer in team direction and activities.2. Actively seeks for industrys best practices and market sensing strategies to provide the best value for the programs requirements.3. Regularly communicates with key stakeholders to establish and maintain effective working relationships.4. Evaluates the performance of vendors to determine future reservation decisions.5. Facilitates regular business review and site inspection.6. Ensure audit compliance of assigned outbound processes.7. Consolidate all outbound operational cost reports and operational data.8. Accurately maintains electronic files for outbound-related processes and communications.Transportation Management1. Communicates with stakeholders all documentary requirements for facilitating shipment.2. Review all outbound documents used for delivery, transportation, archiving and audit purposes.3. Instruct and facilitate service providers of outbound shipments for delivery within the specified agreement.4. Review all delivery charges for payment and process billing deductions.5. Ensure resolution and prevention of outbound operations gaps and lapses.6. Ensure processing of distribution claims and charges.7. Ensure that all standard material handling procedures are implemented.8. Provide process improvements and preventive measures to ensure integrity of the transported materials.9. Provide delivery status and summary report.10. Performs tasks required for timely delivery and receipt of shipments including, but not limited to, processing documents through the system, cargo delivery set-up, and requesting unit invoicing.11. Ensure prevention and resolution of operational lapses.2. Ensure proper material handling and good distribution practices of third party providers.3. Ensure all service providers are compliant to local government regulations and traffic ordinances.4. Ensure timely and proper resolution of shortages, damages, pilferages, and all analogous incidents on the matter.5. Ensure immediate disposition of delivery variances and claims.6. Ensure timely processing of outbound claims and charges.7. Provide regular logistics summary report.Billing1. Ensure that all vendor billing and documentations are complete.2. Ensure that all vendor billing details are correct.3. Ensure that all vendor billing is processed in a timely manner.4. Review all vendor billing deduction for incorrect charges.5. Regularly communicate with stakeholders on the timely processing and payment of vendor billing.
