Our strategy is to focus on creating a safe work environment where our employees feel strongly connected to our values and objectives, and where the capability of our people is key to our success.Come and be a part of this success.About the RoleTo provide technical remuneration and benefits support to stakeholders within Global Functions or Operations in partnership with onshore Reward SMEs.To lead and execute operational reward activities (cyclical and business-as-usual) that sit within the Reward Operations (RO) remit and other ad hoc Reward activities necessary to support the business in general and may vary depending on the pillar/asset assignment.
  • Provide support in RO's regular operational activities such as case management, job grading, remuneration and benefits administration relative to regional and asset assignment.
  • Following the Reward Operations Support model, acting as tier 3 support for inquiries and other Reward related queries. Where needed, provide references to internal or external salary data, and provide additional insights on applicable local entity policies, and well established market practices
  • Answer remuneration and benefits enquiries from employees and business leaders in relation to the application of remuneration philosophy, policies and frameworks.
  • Lead and/or execute end to end market data analysis for salary scale midpoints recommendation and market data submissions.
  • Execution of the organization's benefit programs as applicable or as assigned, including but not limited to managing vendor relationships, benefits enrolment, contract renewals, contract compliance, and distribution processes.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to address process gaps, changing business landscape within the clearly define remit, act as a channel to our local reward subject matter experts (SME) on challenging or complex reward topics and partner with stakeholders to arrive at a resolution.
  • Execute advanced reporting analysis and governance for internal and external remuneration reporting requirements.
  • The role may also act as a focal person and/or Pillar lead for asset or task specific RO processes. In this capacity, guides other junior team members, and participate in policy and process review together with RO Leadership team.
  • Project manage assigned large-scale Reward initiatives independently, and in partnership with various stakeholders. Driving the accomplishments of target milestones in full, and within agreed terms and timelines.
  • May assume Lead or Deputy Lead role to cyclical and adhoc projects, including but not limited to ARR (Annual Reward Review), Labor Budget Assumption (LBA), Market Data Submission and Analysis (MDA).
About You
  • Degree or equivalent education or experience preferred.
  • At least five (5) years progressive working knowledge and understanding of incentive plans, bonus pooling and relevant reward and remuneration processes. With minimum of one year (1) in project management lead capacity, overseeing full cycle reward execution project/s or similar activities.
  • Excellent understanding of HR practices and compensation/remuneration cycle management.
  • High attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple and parallel activities, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and explain complex issues.
  • Strong stakeholder management as an individual contributor. Must have the ability to effectively work with employees across all levels of the organization, positively influence and engage individuals and teams to work and meet project and other reward operation objectives.
  • Critical thinking and to act quickly to resolve issue and risk.
  • Being flexible and adaptable, and find new ways of solving challenges.
  • Able to work under pressure especially during peak time of the project.
  • Able to organize and plan activity well.
  • Understanding of relevant functional process.
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in use of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced excel skills (Vlookup, IF functions, pivot tables, pivot graphs, tables, and conditional formatting).
  • Advanced presentation skills (Powerpoint).
  • SuccessFactors and SAP system knowledge is a plus.
