Your primary focus will be engaging with our audience on social media ads and posts, accurately answering questions and ensuring a positive experience. You'll also support our Customer Experience team by handling inbound tickets.Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate and respond to comments on social media ads and posts promptly and appropriately.
- Manage our brand's perception and reputation by monitoring conversations and addressing concerns.
- Create engaging social media posts to enhance brand presence and audience interaction.
- Assist the Customer Experience team by responding to inbound tickets with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain documentation systems and streamline communication processes.
- Experience in customer support or experience with a strong understanding of best practices.
- Proficiency in moderating comments on social media platforms like Facebook/Meta and Instagram
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Ability to grasp technical product considerations
- Ability to grasp health and medical considerations
- Health/medical background is beneficial
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.
