- Provides driving services to the organization in accordance with transport service guidelines and based on approved vehicle requisitions.
- Ensures that the assigned vehicle is clean and in good running condition before departing for an approved trip (e.g., checks tires, brakes, wipers, lights, fuel, oil, and water).
- Ensures that the assigned vehicle is equipped with essential items such as repair kits, tools, spare tire, medical kit, flashlight, and cell phone charger.
- Practices due diligence by driving at a safe speed to ensure the safety of both passengers and the vehicle.
- Complies with all traffic regulations to operate the vehicle safely and courteously. In the event of a traffic violation committed by the driver, they shall be responsible for paying any resulting fines or penalties.
- Loads passengers and parks the vehicle only in designated loading and parking areas to avoid violations, towing, or theft.
- Facilitates routine vehicle maintenance, check-ups, minor repairs, cleaning, and washing of vehicles.
- Reports any vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damages to the immediate supervisor for appropriate action.
- Maintains repair and maintenance records of the assigned vehicle to be included in the monthly report.
- Ensures that the assigned vehicle is equipped with required repair kits, tools, spare tires, medical kits, flashlight, and a cell phone charger.
- Refuels the vehicle at the end of each working day, ensuring that the fuel level does not fall below half.
- Ensures the availability of the following documents inside the vehicle:
b) Copy of the vehicle insurance policy

- Records travel itineraries for each vehicle request served using the appropriate form.
- Secures the fleet card assigned to the vehicle during travel and keeps all transaction slips to support payments to the fuel supplier.
- Conducts regular inventory of spare repair kits, tools, spare tires, medical kits, and cell phone chargers inside the vehicle.
- Contributes to the orderly filing of transport documents, including vehicle requests, job orders for repairs and maintenance, and insurance documents.
- Assists in processing fleet billings and monitoring activities.
- Sets and defines periodic or annual performance accountabilities and deliverables under the supervision of the immediate supervisor.
- Submits monthly reports and other required documents to the immediate supervisor.
- Initiates early vehicle registration and insurance application for company vehicles.
- Remains on-call during weekends and after office hours for office-related emergency concerns such as relief operations.
- Manages the monthly travel fund and ensures timely liquidation of expenses.
- Models biblical ethics, Christian values, and beliefs in both actions and lifestyle, on and off duty.
- Vocational graduate; with professional driving license.
- Knowledge in different routes in Metro Manila and other nearby provinces.
- Computer Literate .
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience as a company driver.
- Experience in long-distance driving (e.g. Isabela, Bicol, Visayas, Mindanao land trip).
- Can write and communicate in English and Filipino.
- Knowledgeable with: Modern office methods and equipment; Operation of personal computer; software programs including word processing, spreadsheet, and transport database; Defensive driving; and Basic knowledge in vehicle preventive maintenance and trouble shooting.
- 1-2 years experience using 4x4 vehicle type.
- Driving experience during an emergency situations such as relief operations.
