Job Description: Lead & Optimize Marketing Strategy: Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across paid ads, CPAS, Meta ads, livestream, short-form video, and affiliates. Analyze campaign performance, traffic patterns, and conversion trends across categories to optimize ROI, run A/B tests, and continuously refine targeting, messaging, and content formats across the funnel. Own Campaign Tracking: Build and manage dashboards to monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, engagement rate, and cost per view-enabling timely decisions, performance improvement, and smarter budget allocation. Drive Cross-Functional Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with Paid Ads, Operations, Sourcing, and Regional teams to launch and scale high-impact marketing campaigns and marketing optimization with measurable business outcomes. Report & Influence: Present actionable insights and recommendations that help shape campaign direction, channel mix, and program-level strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field Experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, performance marketing, or e-commerce marketing (2+ years preferred) Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets-able to build performance trackers, forecasts, and ROI models Familiarity with performance marketing channels and tools (e.g. Shopee Paid Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CPAS, Google Ads, CRM, affiliate platforms) Demonstrated ability to turn data into strategic marketing recommendations and channel optimization plans Strong communication and collaboration skills-comfortable working across teams and presenting to stakeholders Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented--comfortable testing, learning, and scaling what works
