(LHPI), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Leong Hup International Berhad. It was incorporated and registered with the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commissions (SEC) on 30 July 2015. Principally involved in the poultry integrator, LHPI’s footprint in the Philippines started with the establishment of its company-owned first breeder farm and hatchery in San Vicente, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija. LHPI currently supplies its products to customers throughout the Philippines. In line with the expansion of Leong Hup (Philippines), Inc., the GP “(Grand Parent) Farm, Feedmill, and Broiler farm are under construction and the operations are targeted to commence within 2020. Equipped with the technical know-how and best practices of Leong Hup International Berhad in poultry farming, LHPI prides itself in using the latest, top-of-the-line facilities (fully closed house system in its breeder farms) which enhance production efficiency.Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the financial operations of Leong Hup (Philippines) Inc., ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports for management review, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses.
  • Oversee budgeting processes, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements to enhance profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, payroll, and revenue collection.
  • Manage relationships with banking and financial institutions, preparing documentation for funding and compliance.
  • Assist in the implementation of financial controls and risk management strategies.
  • Work closely with departmental heads to support financial decision-making through data analysis.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CA will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of financial legislation, compliance, and standards.
Desired Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years and maximum of 10 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Previous experience in the poultry or agricultural industry is preferred.
