Job Summary: As a Marketing & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. You will create compelling content across various channels, manage social media platforms, and support marketing campaigns to enhance the company's online presence and reputation. This role combines creative content development with strategic marketing execution. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for the company's website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms. Write clear, engaging copy that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging guidelines. Produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics, to enhance audience engagement. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Create and schedule posts, monitor audience interactions, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Analyze social media metrics to improve engagement and optimize content strategies. SEO and SEM Optimization: Research and implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility of online content in search engines. Optimize existing content for SEO, and work closely with the team to create keyword-driven content that attracts organic traffic. Track and analyze website traffic and SEO performance to make data-driven adjustments. Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, PPC, social ads, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, sales) to ensure campaigns align with business goals. Monitor and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement. Email Marketing: Create email marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments to increase engagement and drive conversions. Develop email templates, write compelling copy, and analyze email campaign performance. Content Strategy and Planning: Develop content calendars to ensure a consistent flow of content across all channels. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation and marketing strategies. Work with the team to align content with broader marketing and business objectives. Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track content performance and marketing campaign effectiveness (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.). Prepare regular reports on the performance of content and marketing efforts, and suggest improvements based on data. Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all content and marketing channels. Collaborate with other departments to align messaging and content with overall company initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital marketing. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Experience managing social media platforms and creating social media content. Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and create engaging content. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Graphic design skills or proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
