You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.As Sr. Services Technician with Insight, you will hold a position that focuses on internal financial reporting and analysis as well as corporate accounting and reports to the Accountant Team Lead. We will count on you to efficiently prepare and document journal entries and reconciliations that affect revenue and cost of goods sold and reconciliations relating to balance sheet accounts and analyzing sales transactions and applying generally accepted accounting principles. Leadership: The Lead for this role is Noah Dela Paz. Noah is based in Manila.As Sr. Services Technician, you will get to:

Monitor, manage, and maintain server infrastructure and perform network administration on managed devices.
Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve client issues remotely via phone, chat, or self-service, escalating unresolved problems as necessary.
Contribute to process improvements and update the knowledge base while completing other assigned tasks as required.
Report to the operations or shift Team Lead and collaborate with engineers for solutions when needed.

We are looking for Sr. Services Technician with:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field from a four-year institution

Minimum 5 years' experience in a NOC or similar IT environment covering server, network, database, and storage support, including remote troubleshooting
Adaptable to fast-changing requirements and operational goals
Strong written and verbal English skills
Effective at managing multiple priorities
Communicate well at all organizational levels
