- A valid driver's license with at least 1 and 2 restrictions and clean driving record
- At least 3 years of driving experience
- Must be familiar with Pampanga, Manila, Tarlac and other nearby areas
- Physical fit to lift heavy goods when necessary
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Can communicate well in English
- Proficiency using GPS devices
- Ability to drive for extended periods
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
- Basic automotive troubleshooting skills and ability to perform minor repairs
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Can drive an L300, MT and AT vehicles
- Safely drive company executives/clients/staff to meetings, events, and other destinations
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition
- Report any accidents or vehicle damage
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and executive activities
- Mainly responsible for repairs and maintenance in the Executive House:
- Ensure all facilities are kept clean and orderly.
- Repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Monitor and report on the condition of the executive house premises
- Assist with office tasks when not driving and done with executive house duties
- Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures
- Willing to extend/work overtime
- Perform other duties assigned
