Job Description:Client Profie: A trusted Japanese financial services provider with strong operations in the Philippines, focused on consumer finance and digital lending innovation.Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course related to
finance, business management or accounting courses
With at 3-5years experience managing a team in from financing or banking institution
Expert in sales & marketing, and ability to understand the clients needs.
With network and experience in handling personal and/or commercial loans
With knowledge in personal and other sales-financial services
Excellence in written & verbal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Possesses good coordination & cultivates good interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

Loan Application. Manages the entire process of loan application in
refinancing/personal loans.
Risk Assessment. Analyzing financial information, risk ratios, and making
recommendations on loan approvals.
Client Relationship Management. Building network and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing guidance on refinancing/personal loan options.
Sales & Marketing Development. Achieving loan volume targets, identifying new business opportunities, and cross-selling other financial services.
Compliance & Documentation. Ensuring compliance with relevant standard regulations, preparing and reviewing loan documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
Performs other related functions as directed by the Immediate Superior.
