- Experience in AU Accounting / Bookkeeping role / AU GST Experience
- Professional experience with specific General Ledger and Office products incl Excel
- Proficient in processing online payment transactions using platforms such as Shopify and PayPal, etc.
- Excellent numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Any relevant experience in retail sector is a plus
- Process and pay all related expense invoices
- Ensure all creditor invoices are filed in a timely and systematic manner
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Complete monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts
- Complete monthly reconciliation of corporate credit cards
- Complete monthly reconciliation of creditors general ledger control account
- Monitor and respond to supplier related emails in in a timely and proactive manner
- Attend to creditors record maintenance
- Organize travel arrangements for the management team including flights, accommodation, transfers, out of pocket expenses and timely reimbursement where necessary
