Technology Head

• Lead the end-to-end technology strategy and roadmap for the lending business.
• Oversee development and maintenance of lending systems (e.g., loan origination, credit scoring, collections).
• Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant system architecture and infrastructure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, risk, and operations teams.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• Implement best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools (e.g., KYC/AML, credit scoring APIs).
• Drive innovation in lending technology, supporting rapid growth and financial inclusion goals.

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of technology experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong technical background in software engineering, architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven track record of building lending or financial products, ideally in a fintech, bank, or digital lending environment.
• Experience in microservices architecture, API-first development, and scalable system design.
• Deep understanding of credit lifecycle systems (origination, underwriting, disbursement, repayment, collections).
