Job Description: ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst Job Description Looking for a BSA with an interest in learning low code / no code development. Delivering products with an agile mindset, we also look to ensure that staff has opportunities for career progression and skills development Sun Life Financial has a team that supports our ServiceNow SaaS environment. This team focuses on the development of new and enhanced workflow-based service requests. Sun Life has an extensive Service Catalogue of self-serve requests stored in our ServiceNow SaaS environment. Typical responsibilities include : Understand the needs of the client and successfully link needs and solution Collect, analyze, document and prioritize business requirements, validating requirements with appropriate audiences. Work with the developers and the Senior BSA to translate business requirements to solution design according to Sun Life Standards. Create test plans, test cases and conduct functional testing, as needed. Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing, as needed. Understand client operations and translate to training requirements Work closely with the developer, and client to design and create Training materials and Quick Reference Guides. Conduct web-based training for small groups. Support Change Management processes and ensure successful implementation of all changes. Required Skills: Understanding of Discovery & Asset Management Strong customer service orientation Excellent presentation and communication skills in both written and oral form Thorough attention to details, ability to multi-task, and effective time management skills Working experience with ServiceNow preferred A fundamental understanding of ITSM or ITIL Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities Experience with process and workflow modeling and business process engineering Must have the ability to work well with clients to determine implementation requirements, and execute a plan to meet those requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
