Taguig | On-site | Monday to FridayAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager – Collections & Disputes to lead a high-impact team within a global Shared Service Center environment. This is a unique opportunity to shape and optimize end-to-end collections and dispute processes supporting the Australia & New Zealand business region.In this role, you will be at the forefront of service excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, while building a high-performing team and driving operational success in a fast-paced, multinational setting.What You’ll DoLead and develop a high-performing Collections & Disputes team, fostering accountability, ownership, and growthOversee end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and service excellenceMonitor performance through KPIs and metrics, driving continuous improvement initiativesAct as the key escalation point for complex or sensitive issuesBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partnersSupport process transitions and migrations into the Shared Service CenterEnsure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and regulatory standardsDrive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellenceSupport monthly and annual financial closing activitiesWhat We’re Looking ForEducation & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)Experience5–7 years of experience in a multinational or Shared Services environment3–4 years of team leadership experience, with a proven ability to inspire and engageExperience in process improvement and transformation initiativesLEAN Six Sigma certification is a plusFamiliarity with Salesforce and/or Genesys is an advantageSkills & CompetenciesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlinesCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellenceCollaborative team player with strong networking skills
