We’re seeking a proactive, growth-minded Video Editor with strong creative judgment and a deep understanding of paid social media advertising—particularly for direct-to-consumer (D2C) campaigns.This is a high-output, fast-paced role requiring a mix of technical skill, creative storytelling, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. You’ll be part of a lean, high-performance marketing team that values speed, quality, and accountability. The ideal candidate thrives with minimal oversight and is eager to grow with the company long term.Key Responsibilities
- Edit 9-15 short-form video ads per week (under 2 mins) for paid D2C campaigns
- Apply multi-point revisions accurately and promptly
- Follow established workflows and consistently meet deadlines
- Stay current on trends in both organic and paid social media content
- Collaborate effectively with various team members
- Deliver polished, client-ready content that aligns with brand goals and performance insights
- Proven experience editing high-volume video content for paid D2C campaigns
- Proficiency in major video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Strong English comprehension and communication skills
- Fast turnaround editing workflows and efficiency under deadlines
- Bonus: Understanding of ad metrics and performance-driven creative
- Ownership mindset and self-starter attitude
- Strong comprehension of written instructions
- High attention to detail with the ability to take initiative
- Open to feedback and quick to implement changes
- Comfortable adapting to evolving social media trends and performance needs
- Full-time, Monday–Friday with EST overlap (9–5 or 7–3)
- Potential weekend work during Q4 busy season (Nov–Dec)
- No time off permitted during Q4 peak season; company-wide 2-week break at the end of Dec/early Jan
- Open to candidates in Latin America, South Africa, and the Philippines
- Priority given to strong English fluency and cultural alignment with the U.S. market
- Open to comparing performance vs. pricing across regions
