They ensure alignment with strategic objectives, standardize processes, and drive efficiency and effectiveness across projects.
Drive and lead team for Portfolio value creation, risk management and mitigation strategies with business owners to steer portfolio’s to growth, convergence , expansion or portfolio retirement/simplification.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Portfolio ManagementDevelop product portfolio, ensuring alignment to corporate intents and business priorities - financial sustainability, growth industrialization and simplification.Portfolio value creation, risk management and mitigation strategies with business owners to sterr portfolio’s to growth, convergence, expansion or portfolio retirement/simplification.Portfolio profitability and performance tracking, risk management and cost management.Monitoring market trends, identification of market opportunities and business impact for new additions to fill portfolio gaps.Product Lifecycle ManagementResearch – Define customer and business needs to conceptualize new product ideas (incl. features on existing products)Development - Develop and advise on product roadmap and innovation funnel, translating ideas into experience demands aligned to strategic intentsMaximize - Monitor product performance i.e. ROI and develop improvements to address product defect issues and negative CSATRetire - Identify existing products which are unviable and manage the process to exit the product from the marketHIRING REQUIREMENTS:15+ years of product management, product development experience in the telco or tech industryProven track record of delivering successful product launches in a fast-paced, agile environmentExtensive experience in product strategy and roadmapping, with a focus on long-term vision and growthStrong understanding of market and competitive analysis in the Telco industryProven experience leading and managing large, cross-functional teams, including product managers and stakeholders8+ years of experience in project or portfolio managementProven track record of successfully managing complex portfoliosExperience in leading cross-functional teamsAdvanced understanding of project management principles and practicesIn-depth knowledge of portfolio management methodologiesFamiliarity with industry best practices and trends in portfolio governanceProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentPortfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certification (preferred)Agile or Scrum Master certification (optional)Bachelor's Degree in any related fieldEqual Opportunity Employer
