Work Setup: OnsiteJob Overview:We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives. The HR Manager will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and contribute to decision-making processes.
Employee Relations:
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolving employee issues.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to promote a harmonious work environment.
Talent Acquisition:
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a timely and effective hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
Training and Development:
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Identify and address skill gaps within the organization through continuous learning initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of professional development and growth.
HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and update company policies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes are in line with legal requirements.
Benefits Administration:
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to the benefits package to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office.
