
Trainer (Content Moderation)

- Deliver training programs for new hires and existing team members (Training & Nesting).
- Design and conduct refresher training sessions based on project challenges, quality insights, top errors, and product updates.
- Provide floor support, answer associate queries, and ensure policy clarity and accuracy.
- Generate and publish daily training and nesting performance reports.
- Conduct ongoing knowledge checks and timely training sessions based on recurring issues or updates.
- Collaborate with quality and operations teams to align on performance expectations and training priorities.
- Strong decision-making skills aligned with platform policies and local laws
- High resilience and emotional maturity to manage exposure to sensitive content
- Passionate brand advocate with a strong sense of platform integrity
- Digital literacy and comfort with online tools and moderation platforms
- Effective communicator and team player
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle high-volume typing tasks during peak periods
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
- Training certifications (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, Instructional Design, or Facilitation) are a plus
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a training role, preferably in content moderation, BPO, customer service, or related industries
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for adult learners
- Familiarity with moderation guidelines, community standards, and escalation protocols is a strong advantage
- Language Skills: Proficient in English - reading, writing, speaking, and listening (B2 level or higher)
- College graduate is a must but those with relevant experience will be considered.
- Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to work on-site with a flexible schedule at our office locations in Imus or Bacoor, Cavite.
