Create eye-catching, engaging YouTube thumbnails that effectively convey the content’s message and encourage clicks.
Work closely with content creators and video editors to understand the content and create thumbnails that align with the video’s theme and audience expectations.
Stay updated with YouTube trends, viewer preferences, and design best practices to create thumbnails that are current and competitive.
Test and analyze thumbnail performance, making necessary adjustments to enhance visibility and click-through rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that thumbnails align with branding and content marketing strategies.

What You'll Bring

A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a YouTube thumbnail portfolio showcasing your creativity and effectiveness in visual communication.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and other industry-standard design software.
Experience in creating YouTube thumbnails or visual content for social media or content platforms, with a focus on viewer engagement and content discoverability.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand content themes and creator intentions and translate them into compelling visuals.
A keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a dedication to creating designs that not only look good but also drive results.
