- Coordinate and lead recruitment activities with a focus on Recruiting Operations, Sourcing or Analytics.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of recruitment strategies for the site and review performance against plan.
- Build and maintain a strong and effective candidate pipeline possessing key talent potentially available for immediate hiring and for succession planning.
- Responsible for creating, monitoring and auditing various recruitment reports and report results and discrepancies to management.
- Acquire deep knowledge of working systems and bringing efficient and effective changes for better performance. Support the full lifecycle recruitment process.
- At least 5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
- Will need to handle stakeholders, ensure final interview pass rates are optimal by partnering with Operations
- Well-adept in using applications software like Taleo System, Microsoft Office, Access DB, etc.
- Able to use Professional Candidate Web Search like Linked-In, Monster.com, etc.
- Highly skilled in doing campus recruitment, job fairs and other recruitment external related activities.
- Able to provide creative ideas to the graphics designer which will give a value add to the marketing concepts.
- Able to provide suggestions to improve business processes to facilitate candidate selection.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits.
- Highly flexible to do all functions within Recruitment.
- Familiarity with Targeted Selection Interviewing Techniques.
- Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Strong engagement with the hiring manager in anticipation to the volatile hiring forecast.
- Previous experience implementing process improvements. Should be able to screen up to managerial position.
