1. Program Management
a. Analyze & develop marketing activation programs for the DIY channel that would help boost brand image, which would impact sales growth.
b. Implement said programs, monitor and analyze results.
2. Team Management
a. Merchandising Team- responsible to track merch teams’ performance.
b. Align merchandising metrics, making sure the team will follow brand guidelines.
c. Monthly alignment to track teams’ performance versus KPI- inventory, offtake monitoring, Planogram adherence.
d. Product training
3. Team Collaboration
a. Supplier- engage in project brief, fine tune program to meet assigned theme, relay particulars of the project, expectations, then measure supplier performance based on agreed KPI- demos, sales, timeline.
b. 3M team- engage, collaborate in development stages to fit needed programs for the channel. Manage expectation, translating realistic project performance, relaying needed tools to achieve/implement project.
4. Project Evaluation- able to analyze, measure implemented projects. Learn from the process, able to correct issues, and improve on it. Copy best practice and enhance it on other projects.
5. Region Task- Present projects, engage with various group and collaborate for various undertaking.Job Qualifications:
- A Bachelor level university/college degree in Marketing or Business Administration is generally required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience is normally required.
- Working knowledge of theories and practices, typically applied to one discipline, such as market research, channel/product marketing, digital, business/market development, branding, standard pricing and maintenance, deviated pricing, bids and quotes, business agreements, merchandising, price optimization and analytics, CRM processes including sales processes and sales operations analytics, customer insights, etc. Possesses knowledge of assigned area of responsibility and continues to expand knowledge of general 3M structure, organization, and business.
- Knowledge of computer programs and corporate systems relevant to the assigned area of responsibility is normally required.
- Generally requires the ability to communicate in written English.
