Unlike traditional BPO roles, this is a strategic operations position where you'll ensure a seamless learning experience for professionals worldwide. You'll work closely with trainers, managers, and learning consultants from different countries solving real-time issues and improving global learning solutions.What You'll Do:
- Offer the learner, and trainers worldwide the best experience possible by providing support and being efficient in giving the solutions to concern or issues that arise on our learning portal.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve requests and issues via email, live chat, and phone.
- Monitor lessons and internal tools 24/7.
- Be an expert and ensure a smooth communication with our internal clients.
- Support our learning consultants abroad during their offline hours or in case of emergency.
- One previous successful experience as a Customer/Technical Support
- Bachelors/College Degree in any field
- Internet savvy and proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Open Office
- Process-oriented and have keen attention to detail
- Impressive analytical and problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both orally and written
- Open to work onsite and on graveyard shift in Eastwood Libis, Quezon City
