- Prepare, Design, Build, Test and Deliver Salesforce projects and enhancements
- Provide timely support to Salesforce support team
- Maintain Salesforce knowledge base and communicate changes to appropriate stakeholders (Support team, business etc.)
- Provide consulting and support best practices around the utilization of Salesforce platform
- Manage relationships with business teams including managing & leading projects
- Assess risks and impacts on existing systems as new functions are added
- Identify potential technical problems or design flaws so that preventive action can be taken
- Support user acceptance testing processes to ensure that requirements are fully satisfied
- Create and deliver application demos to various internal/external stakeholders with varying levels of product knowledge
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent with experience working in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Good experience and expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation especially Flows.
- Salesforce certification is preferred
- Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong problem solving, data and software application skills
