From accountants and financial analysts to internal consultants and workplace designers, the CFO Organization employs diverse individuals who work together to help make DTCC a global leader in the financial services industry. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional functional and technical skills, strong decision quality, and the ability to deal with ambiguity. Being a member of the Finance team, this role will report to a Global Accounting Associate Director that manages Global Revenues, Occupancy expenses and internally developed software. What You'll Do Prepare accurate and timely financial results, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies. Participate in the overseeing and maintaining of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data. Perform regular reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, resolving any discrepancies promptly. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and systems. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive financial performance. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accountants, fostering their professional growth. Talents Needed For Success Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment. High level of integrity and professionalism.
