We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Officer to lead and manage our Davao branch. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the branch’s success by driving applicant engagement, fostering partnerships, and achieving recruitment targets. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strategic thinking, creativity, and exceptional interpersonal skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Branch Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Maintain accurate records of applicants, partners, and other operational data
- Monitor branch performance against set goals and implement strategies for improvement
- Recruitment and Applicant Engagement
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified applicants
- Engage with potential applicants, address inquiries, and guide them through the recruitment process
- Persuade individuals to pursue career opportunities with our clients
- Partnership Development
- Network with industry partners, organizations, and educational institutions to build strong collaborations
- Represent the branch at industry events, career fairs, and community outreach programs
- Marketing and Promotions
- Plan and execute creative campaigns to enhance the branch's visibility and attract applicants
- Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities with the overall recruitment strategy
- Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving
- Identify market trends, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive solutions to achieve branch goals
- Analyze branch performance data and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Leadership and Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with the main office and other branches to share best practices and align goals
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth handovers and applicant support
- 4-year course graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, or Branch Management
- Strong written and oral English communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to engage effectively with applicants and partners
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative and resourceful in developing solutions and strategies
- Business-minded with a focus on meeting branch targets and achieving profitability
- Networking skills to build and nurture partnerships with industry stakeholders
- Persuasive and personable to encourage applicants to pursue career opportunities
- Familiarity with the Cagayan de Oro area and its industries is preferred
