
Operations Associate- Off Site Sales Office

- Assist inquiries of booked clients only (onsite customer service)
- Monitor client requests and complaints
- Accept and tag submitted documents in the system
- Evaluate and authenticate submitted requirements
- Provide support during events (once a month, Saturday or Sunday with OT)
- Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
- Preferably male (due to eviction assistance, sales support, site visits, and occupancy checks)
- Independent worker with good communication skills
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to escalate concerns (e.g., title transfer)
- Tech-savvy (FREBAS, SMS, MS Office)
- Team player, committed, and with long-term work intent (not for short stints)
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Banking, customer service, or real estate background preferred
- No specific educational degree/course required
