💼 Role: Service Dispatcher🚀 What You'll Do: 📅 Dispatch & Scheduling🎯 Technician Coordination: Schedule and prioritize technician dispatches based on urgency, skill set, and location.
🔧 Service Delivery: Ensure maintenance, repair, and commissioning services are completed on time and within scope.
📆 Appointment Management: Oversee individual and team schedules, resolving conflicts proactively.
📢 Real-time Communication: Provide updates on schedules, changes, and cancellations to technicians. ⚙️ Operational Support🚚 Logistics Readiness: Ensure technicians are equipped with necessary tools, parts, scope of work, and client details.
🤝 Collaboration: Work closely with Service and Project Coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
🧾 Vendor Management: Maintain and update external ticketing systems for third-party vendors.
📞 Communication: Handle phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 📈 Team Development & Administration👥 Onboarding Support: Assist in training and onboarding new service team members.
📚 Continuous Improvement: Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.
📝 Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform administrative duties to support the team as needed.✅ What We're Looking For:✔ Geo-Literacy: Strong understanding of U.S. geography for efficient dispatch planning.
✔ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong comprehension skills.
✔ Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Work Setup: Amenable to full onsite work in BGC, Taguig.
