- Design engaging visual content for the website including banners, landing pages, and promotional graphics.
- Collaborate closely with the ecommerce team to ensure all visuals align with brand and digital marketing strategies.
- Create mobile-optimized, visually appealing email templates and graphics to drive traffic, conversions, and customer retention.
- Partner with the email marketing team to develop consistent and high-performing email assets.
- Design promotional signage, window graphics, and in-store displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure seamless integration between digital and physical campaigns.
- Develop print materials including magazine ads, direct mailers, and outdoor advertisements.
- Maintain consistency in design and messaging across all traditional media efforts.
- Produce graphics for social media, digital ads, and other online marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the social media and performance marketing teams to create assets optimized for engagement and conversion.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s tone, voice, and strategic objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant design experience, preferably in retail or ecommerce.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work.
- Excellent visual, typographic, and conceptual skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
