Assist the PMO team with project costs, design, and delivery. Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information. Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture. Collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure compatibility of system components. Evaluate current or emerging technologies to consider factors such as cost, portability, compatibility, or usability. Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems. Identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet internal and external needs. Provide guidelines for implementing secure systems to customers or installation teams. Direct the analysis, development, and operation of complete computer systems. Investigate system component suitability for specified purposes and make recommendations regarding component use. Define and analyze objectives, scope, issues, or organizational impact of information systems. Design and conduct hardware or software tests. Maintain existing lab environment. Evaluate existing systems to determine effectiveness and suggest changes to meet organizational requirements. Complete models and simulations, using manual or automated tools, to analyze or predict system performance under different operating conditions. Direct the installation of operating systems, network or application software, or computer or network hardware. Train system users in system operation or maintenance. Support and participate in the organization's Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 27001:2013 requirements by complying with the Information Security Policy and procedures and meeting ISMS objectives. Understand the implications of not conforming with ISMS requirements. All employees have a professional duty to bring up to the IS Department, Top Management, or their Supervisor, any information security issues or incidents or situations that present potential security risks. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Needed: At least 2 years of Network Administration experience. Good communication skills. High proficiency in PC systems, tools, and applications. Familiarity with Windows Servers 2008-2019, Web servers, Desktop computers, Mass storage devices, DBTools Software DBManager Professional, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL software, VMWare, Microsoft Windows. Advanced knowledge of network operating systems (Cisco IOS, HP ), OSI layers, various scripting languages, communication protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP), and computer security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.
